About Me
Women’s health has been a central focus of my work for many years, shaped not only by my professional training as a dietitian but also by my own lived experience. I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis in my early 20s and have personally navigated symptoms such as painful periods, fatigue, digestive issues and hormonal fluctuations, alongside multiple cycles of IUI and IVF in my 30s and early 40s.
These experiences led me to develop a deeper understanding of how nutrition can support women living with conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, menopause and obesity. I work with clients experiencing symptoms including irregular periods, painful and heavy periods, bloating, insulin resistance, weight changes, low energy, hot flushes and poor sleep—helping them make targeted, realistic dietary changes that can support hormone balance, reduce inflammation and improve overall wellbeing.
I understand first-hand how overwhelming and isolating these symptoms can feel, but also how powerful small, sustainable changes can be. My aim is to combine evidence-based nutrition with compassionate, personalised support to help women feel more in control of their health and live fuller, more energised lives.
Background
I have been a registered dietitian since 2008 when I moved from a successful career as a scientific advisor in the pharmaceutical industry. After studying for a Masters degree in nutrition I then went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics from King’s College London. With a solid foundation, I then went on to specialise in cardiology at Imperial College Healthcare Trust.
Specialities
I specialise in women's health with a particular focus on perimenopause, menopause, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), fertility concerns, and weight management. I will work closely with you to create a personalised guide that not only address your specific issues but also empowers you to proactively make the necessary changes to improve your health and achieve your wellbeing goals.

“Tailoring advice to fit in with a client's lifestyle and eating habits is key to making sustainable changes. For some clients, it involves uncovering the ideal foods to improve specific symptoms, while for others, it's a journey of understanding any barriers to making permanent changes.”
